Deonna Barnett is a small business strategist and consultant with expertise in business planning, financial management, operations management, event planning and marketing strategy development. She has trained over 800 local entrepreneurs helping raise over $500,000 in micro financing. She's a graduate of The Ohio State University with experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors as a former non-profit executive.
Tyrone Martin has supported small business owners and non-profits with business and marketing strategy for more than 15 years. He is an entrepreneur, speaker and entrepreneurial educator with a background in electronic engineering and computer science. He uses his skills in analytics to help companies utilize social media for promotion and awareness. A former IT government employee, he studied at Central Ohio Technical College & Columbus State.

Sheronda Barnett is an administrative professional with 13 years of banking experience and a background in compliance. Y'Nesha has 16 years of business management, strategic planning, counseling, and consulting experience. She has led efforts in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion into the culture of organizations through research and best practices. She has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, an MS in Counseling, and BA in Psychology all from Indiana University. She is Yellow Belt Six Sigma Certified and trained in Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS).
Anna Yakubson is a business and communications professional with a focus on providing high-quality services to small businesses and entrepreneurs. With a combined experience of over 15 years in both corporate and entrepreneurial roles, she assists Aventi Enterprises with recruiting and retaining clients as well as enhancing the success of the training and consulting/coaching programs.
De’Lona “Dee” Moultrie is a career entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the consulting field, and as a real estate investor for over 19 of those years. Dee is passionate about helping business owners create and scale their ventures ethically and profitably while living their best lives.
Shelly Hunt has over 10 years of information technology, project management and small business owner experience. She is passionate about being a big picture thinker, identifying process improvements, general business and computer training, coaching and mentoring. She values helping others, building relationships and cross functional team collaboration. She is results driven and focused on the client experience to help her clients achieve their business goals.
