Our Founder & CEO
Deonna Barnett
Deonna Barnett is a business strategist and educator with nearly 20 years of experience in small business development. She has provided training to nearly 3,000 businesses across the U.S. and has spent time building relationships with corporate stakeholders, community organizations, and government agencies to support the small business community.

She is a graduate of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, former Board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Columbus Chapter, and was named 2024 Small Business Leader by the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.
