Who We Are
Aventi Enterprises is a supplier development and engagement firm that connects small and mid-sized businesses with opportunities to grow through government and corporate contracting.
We work on both sides of the contracting ecosystem. Through Supplier Development, we help businesses strengthen their readiness, identify and pursue opportunities, navigate certifications, develop competitive proposals, and build the systems needed to grow through contracts.
Through Supplier Engagement, we partner with government agencies, corporations, and institutions to strengthen their supplier pipelines. We design and deliver outreach, engagement, training, technical assistance, and supplier development initiatives that help organizations identify, prepare, and connect with qualified businesses.

Our Founder & CEO
Deonna Barnett
Deonna Barnett is a business strategist and educator with nearly 20 years of experience in small business development. She has provided training to nearly 3,000 businesses across the U.S. and has spent time building relationships with corporate stakeholders, community organizations, and government agencies to support the small business community.
She is a graduate of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, former Board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Columbus Chapter, and was named 2024 Small Business Leader by the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.
