She's a graduate of The Ohio State University with experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors as a former non-profit executive.
Tyrone Martin has supported small business owners and non-profits with business and marketing strategy for more than 15 years. He is an entrepreneur, speaker and entrepreneurial educator with a background in electronic engineering and computer science. He uses his skills in analytics to help companies utilize social media for promotion and awareness. A former IT government employee, he studied at Central Ohio Technical College & Columbus State.

She has led efforts in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion into the culture of organizations through research and best practices. She has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, an MS in Counseling, and BA in Psychology all from Indiana University. She is Yellow Belt Six Sigma Certified and trained in Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS).
