Aventi Releases its Client Portal 2.0 with New Features for Bid Search Clients

On July 21, 2026, Aventi announced a series of enhancements to its Bid Search Service and Client Portal, introducing new features designed to help businesses better manage contract opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and streamline their pursuit of government and corporate contracts.

The updates, unveiled during the company's July 2026 Product Update webinar, are the latest phase of Aventi's ongoing investment in technology to support businesses seeking sustainable contract growth. The improvements were developed through months of client feedback, product evaluations, and analysis of how businesses interact with the platform.

"Our vision is for the Client Portal to become the central hub for managing a company's contract growth strategy," Aventi shared during the webinar. "We're continuing to build tools that make it easier for businesses to stay organized, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions throughout the procurement process."

Among the most noticeable updates is a redesigned Client Portal featuring a modern interface intended to simplify navigation and improve the overall user experience. The updated platform also introduces Featured Opportunities, a new section highlighting contract opportunities that may have broad appeal to businesses or have been promoted by buyers seeking greater visibility. These opportunities are provided in addition to each client's customized Bid Search results and do not count toward their monthly subscription allotment.

The most significant addition is the launch of the Teaming Network, a nationwide directory that enables businesses to identify potential subcontractors and teaming partners by industry. The feature allows users to view company profiles, capability statements, certifications, and contact information, making it easier to build partnerships for projects requiring specialized expertise or geographic coverage.

The Teaming Network was developed in response to client requests for a more efficient way to identify qualified partners when pursuing larger or more complex contract opportunities. The company plans to continue expanding the directory while introducing a review system that will allow businesses to provide feedback on their teaming experiences.

The platform also continues to expand its opportunity management tools. Clients can track proposals through each stage of the procurement process from initial evaluation and proposal development to submission and award decisions, allowing both clients and Aventi consultants to focus more on strategy and less on administrative tracking.

Looking ahead, Aventi announced several initiatives currently under development, including artificial intelligence integration, enhanced reporting and analytics, additional Teaming Network functionality, and more advanced opportunity tracking capabilities. The company said these enhancements are intended to provide businesses with greater visibility into their contract pipeline while supporting more informed business development decisions.

As competition for government and corporate contracts continues to evolve, Aventi's latest product release is part of a broader strategy to combine personalized bid research with technology that helps businesses manage every stage of contract growth.
